The following must be provided to fulfill registration requirements:

-A 2020 TCPFCO Participant Registration Form (Pages 1 & 2)

-A 2020 TCPFCO Code of Conduct

-A 2020 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form

-A 2020 Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History Form (Pages 1 & 2)

-A 2020 Parental/Guardian Permission & Waver Form

-A Copy of Birth Certificate

-A Copy of 2019-2020 FINAL report card with full grades for all quarters

Registration Fee:

Tackle Football - $100.00 til 7/31/20, $175.00 - 8/1/2020

Cheer - $100.00 - TCP Registration + TCP Cheer Package

Option One: Shell Top, Lettering, Skirt, Pom Poms, Hair bow, Briefs and socks- $114.99+Tax

Option Two: All of option One plus half top (winter season wear), Cheer Bag and Shoes.- TBA

(There is $25 discount for each additional child - Maximum per family - $600.00. Only after early registration is over.)

A minimum deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve a place on any team for payment plan options. The full balance is due by July 31, 2020.

No participant shall be allowed to practice until the full balance is paid and registration paperwork is complete. The $75 minimum deposit is non-refundable. The full registration is non-refundable after August 1, 2020.
